Ff12 Terms & Conditions — Platform Terms of Use

This document contains the terms and conditions governing the use of the ff12 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. By accessing or using the ff12 platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms set out herein.

Acceptance of Terms & Age Requirement

By registering an account or using the ff12 platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions contained in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.

Use of the ff12 platform is restricted to individuals aged 18 years or older, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. ff12 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and may suspend an account temporarily or permanently if a user is found to be underage. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

These terms form a binding agreement between you (the user) and ff12 as the platform operator. You also agree to comply with all laws and regulations applicable to online betting in Malaysia.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Registration & Account Information

Each user is permitted to register only one (1) account on ff12. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual are prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, date of birth, active email address, and valid phone number.

Password Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your password and account login credentials. ff12 will never ask for your password through any communication channel. Do not share your login details with anyone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the ff12 support team immediately to initiate account recovery.

User Responsibilities

Not use the platform for any illegal or fraudulent activities.
Not attempt to hack, disrupt, or manipulate any systems on the ff12 platform.
Not use any automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
Not spread false or misleading information about ff12 to any other party.
Comply with all local laws applicable to online betting activities.

Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy

Currency & Payment Methods

All transactions on the ff12 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). We support a range of local payment methods, including online bank transfers via FPX, approved digital wallets, and other methods listed in your account's deposit section. Transactions in foreign currencies are not accepted directly.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits are typically processed within minutes after confirmation. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification (KYC) and may require supporting documents. ff12 reserves the right to delay or reject any withdrawal request suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these terms. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may take between 1 to 5 business days.

Transaction Limits

Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are set by ff12 and are subject to change at any time. Current limits are displayed in your account's payment section. Users are advised to check the latest limits before making any transaction. ff12 is not liable for any losses resulting from failed transactions caused by non-compliance with the stated limits.

Account Policy, Liability Limits & Intellectual Property

Account Suspension & Closure

Ff12 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances: fraud or attempted fraud, breach of these terms and conditions, activity suspected of involving money laundering, use of multiple accounts, or upon request by the relevant authorities. Any legitimate fund balance in a suspended account will be processed once the investigation is concluded, subject to applicable laws.

Limitation of Liability

Ff12 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or other losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service interruptions, technical errors, or loss of internet connectivity. The platform is provided "as is" without any implied warranties of continuous availability or the accuracy of information displayed.

Intellectual Property

All content on the ff12 platform — including logos, designs, graphics, text, software, and other materials — is the exclusive property of ff12 or its respective licensors and is protected under Malaysian and international copyright law. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, republish, or use any part of the platform's content without prior written consent from ff12.
